Sunday 29th June 2014 saw the annual Torbay Half Marathon take place from Paignton Green, across to Torquay and back, then repeated all again! Our running superstars Annie and Will entered and completed the half marathon in just a smidge over 2hrs – a very respectable time.
Annie, a seasoned runner who has run regularly on her own and in local running clubs, appears to have inspired Will to take up the hobby permanently – he has already signed up for his next 10k run! Will said that the atmosphere on the day was amazing, with people living on route hosing runners down as they passed to keep them cool!
Well done Annie and Will, we are really proud of you both!
